Oligio X is a monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device made by Wontech in Korea. Like Thermage, it uses 6.78 MHz RF to heat the dermis and the tissue below, prompting the skin to tighten and build new collagen over the following months.
Its newer design delivers energy in two modes: one spreads heat across the upper dermis, the other concentrates it deeper, into the lower dermis and fatty layer. A real-time algorithm adjusts output as the tissue responds, and the tip is cooled to protect the surface.
It is one of the devices people mean when they ask about “the Korean version of Thermage”. We have both, so the choice can be made on your skin rather than on availability.

Treatment Process
Where it is used
During the visit
- Your skin is examined and photographed; the areas and the number of pulses are planned.
- The skin is cleansed and marked; a coupling medium is applied.
- The cooled tip is placed point by point. You feel a pulse of heat with each one.
- A face treatment usually takes under an hour.
Afterwards
- Redness and warmth settle within hours.
- Mild tenderness or swelling can last a day or two.
- The tightening builds gradually over the following months.
