Privacy Policy
This page says what we collect when you use this website, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this site actually does, not what a template says a website might do.

This policy covers this website. Your medical records, once you become a patient, are held under the Medical Service Act and the rules that govern clinical records in Korea, which are stricter than this page and are explained to you at the clinic.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, what your enquiry is about, and your message. It also offers two optional fields, a company name and a phone number, which you may leave blank.
What you write in that form is stored on this website and sent to the clinic by email. Nothing else is attached to it. We do not ask for medical history, photographs, identification numbers or payment details through this website, and you should not send them through it.
When you read a page
We count page views using analytics software that runs on our own server. It records the page, the site you arrived from, an approximate country and city, and the browser, operating system and device type. It does not build a profile of you, follow you to other sites, or pass anything to an advertising company.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as a normal part of running and securing a website.
What we do not do
There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or Facebook pixel, and no advertising or retargeting tracker on this site. We checked the pages themselves, not only the settings.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not use it to decide anything about you automatically.
Cookies
Reading this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies may be set for technical reasons, for example to make a form submission work or to keep a page cached, and those are deleted or expire on their own. If you block cookies in your browser, the site still works.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- Your consent. The enquiry form asks you to tick a box before it will send. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will delete what you sent.
- Answering you. Once you have asked us something, we need what you wrote in order to reply.
- Running the site. Page counts and server logs are kept so that the site works, stays secure, and can be improved.

If you ask us to delete an enquiry before that, we delete it.
Who else sees it
The company that hosts this website necessarily stores what the site stores, because the site runs on their servers. Email you send us travels through the email provider we use. Neither is given your information for any purpose of their own.
We will hand over information if a Korean court or a public authority requires it under law. We have not been asked to.
What you can ask for
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw consent you have given. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
Ask by telephone on +82 2-517-5767, in writing to the clinic address above, or through the enquiry form on the Contact page. We will answer within ten days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea or to the Korea Internet and Security Agency.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. If a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.
If this page changes
We will change this page when what we do changes, and the date below will change with it. If a change affects information we already hold, we will say so here rather than quietly amend the wording.
