Ultraskin Tightan II is a HIFU device made by Wontech in Korea. It focuses ultrasound to points under the skin, heating tissue at a chosen depth to contract it and prompt new collagen, while the surface is left intact.
Interchangeable cartridges target different depths, from the dermis to the SMAS layer, so each area of the face and neck can be treated at the depth that suits it.
It is one of several Korean HIFU devices; the choice between them is made for your face and comfort.
