What is InMode Evoke

Evoke by InMode is a hands-free radiofrequency treatment. A contoured applicator is fitted around the lower face so that the cheeks, jawline and area under the chin are treated at the same time.

Sensors in the applicator measure skin temperature in real time, and the device holds the tissue at the target temperature for the whole session. That steady heat is what prompts tightening and remodelling of the tissue under the skin.

Because nothing is moved by hand, the heating is even and consistent. It is usually done as a short series.

01

Treatment Process

Where it is used

  • Lower cheeks
  • Jawline
  • Under the chin

During the visit

  1. Your face is examined and the plan agreed.
  2. The applicator is fitted around your lower face.
  3. The device warms the area and holds it at the target temperature while you rest.
  4. The applicator is removed at the end of the session.

Afterwards

  1. Mild redness and warmth fade within hours.
  2. There is usually no downtime.
  3. Contouring builds over the series and the following weeks.

02

Before you decide

It may suit you if

  • You want a softer jawline or less fullness under the chin
  • You want a needle-free option
  • You can attend several sessions
  • You want no downtime

It may not be the right treatment if

  • You have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device
  • You have metal implants in the treatment area
  • You are pregnant
  • There is active infection or inflamed skin in the area

Where fullness is mostly fat that needs removal, or laxity is advanced, we will discuss other options.

03

What to expect

Timing. Gradual change over the series and the following weeks.

Degree. A cleaner jawline and tighter lower face; not a surgical change.

Duration. It varies; maintenance sessions are common.

Risks. Warmth and redness are expected. Uncommonly, tenderness or temporary swelling can occur.

Results differ from person to person. Nothing on this page is a prediction of your own outcome, and it does not replace a consultation. See our Medical Disclaimer.
